Student Recruitment Manager
Oxford Tutorial College (OTC) is hiring a Student Recruitment Manager to take the lead on recruiting UK-based 6th Form students on to its GCSE, A Level and BTEC programmes. The role complements the international recruitment team and will make an essential contribution to the growth plans for not only for OTC but for the Oxford International Education Group, of which OTC is a part.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in UK GCSE and 6th Form programmes and who is able to use this knowledge to recruit students that want to benefit from the tailored education provision OTC offers.

The Student Recruitment Manager will lead the expansion and diversification of domestic student recruitment at OTC through developing and executing sales plans and strategies. The successful candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of UK 6th Form provision with strong commercial acumen and experience of contributing to and delivering sales and marketing plans. They will be an expert communicator who is equally at home talking to students and parents as well as building highly effective relationships with Marketing and international sales teams.

Biology tutor required
We are seeking an experienced A level tutor who is prepared to commit to assisting every student to succeed. The ability to teach different boards and specifications is an advantage.
OTC runs GCSE, A Level and BTEC level 3 for Business programmes for British and international students, from a full two-year programme to ad hoc exam support classes. A variety of one-to-one and small group tuition is offered resulting in a hugely flexible timetable. We also run a course for US students over one or more terms, and an Easter revision course for A levels and GCSE. We currently have just over 200 students, studying a range of different subjects; approx. 50% of the students are international.

Residential Deans required for our
Easter Revision Course
We are looking for two responsible, enthusiastic live-in Deans to support the teachers and students on our intensive Easter Revision Course at Brasenose College. The Residential Deans assist the Centre Manager in all aspects of running the programme and accommodation, including duties required on arrivals, departures and overnight. During the course the Residential Deans help with office duties, supervising the students in the evenings and will be included in an overnight rota to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the students. This is a residential role, living in at Brasenose College.

Required for our Easter Revision Course
Experienced A Level, Pre U and GCSE
OTC is seeking experienced A Level, Pre U and GCSE tutors in all subject areas to teach on our intensive Easter Revision Course.
The ability to teach different exam board specifications is an advantage, although not a necessity.
Teaching takes place in both the beautiful grounds of Brasenose College and OTC premises, where you will have your own allocated classroom and refreshments provided.
The course commences on Sunday 9th April until Thursday 13th April. We do ask that you are able to commit to the whole week which equates to 17.5 hours of tuition plus tests and reports.
There is the opportunity to teach mornings (17.5 hours) and/or afternoons (17.5 hours). If you teach both this equates to 35 hours of tutoring in total plus tests and reports. Please note this is highly intensive.
